This MOU will take effect from 7th April 2025 and will remain valid for a period of three years, unless terminated earlier by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least one month prior to the desired termination date. The MOU may be renewed for an additional three years by mutual written consent before the expiration date. Each institution will retain a copy of the agreement.
