1. Donation Refunds
Donations made through UTTARSURI are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to request a refund for a donation, please contact us within 30 days of the donation with a written request and explanation.
2. Refund Processing
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Membership Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a membership, please notify us in writing. Refunds for membership fees depend on the terms of your membership plan:
- Annual memberships: Refundable within 15 days of purchase
- Life memberships: Non-refundable
4. Purchased Materials
Materials purchased through our website (publications, certificates, etc.) can be returned within 14 days if they are in original, unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Event Cancellation
If UTTARSURI cancels an event, full refunds will be provided. If you cancel your registration more than 7 days before the event, a refund of 80% will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
